The Group has entered into the property market in Beijing since 2006 when a premium site was acquired for the construction of a Grade A shopping and office complex. With frontage onto Chang'an Avenue, the 8,200 square metre site is situated on the south of Jianguomenwai Street, lying between 2nd Ring Road and 3rd Ring Road, which is a prime commercial location in Beijing. The building, with a total area of over 100,000 square metres, is expected to be a landmark in Chaoyang District and a major asset in our property portfolio. It will also serve as the Group's future headquarters in China. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2015.
